Keystone Guiding Principles
We've worked hard to develop and foster a culture that attracts top-notch clients and employees. After all, it's all about people - yours and ours. The Keystone Guiding Principles provide some insight into us.
Be the BEST at What We Do
It sounds kind of simple, but we take it to heart. That means staying focused on working with clients in areas where we can truly add value. We'll spend more time than others to properly scope projects and ensure the results will truly make an impact for our clients.
Have FUN
We work hard and our clients really appreciate that. However, we also like to have fun along the way. Whether it's project celebrations, our monthly meetings where we celebrate our results and the personal accomplishments of our people, or the myriad activities - from softball teams to company trips - we do our best to provide a good work-life balance.
Attain FINANCIAL Success
In order for us to attract the best people and accordingly, provide the best service, we need to be financially successful. Our people and our clients need to know we will be around for the long term.
Be a place where talented people
GROW skills faster than anywhere else
To attract the best, we concluded that we need to offer them something not available elsewhere. Talented people are motivated by being given the opportunity to use their talents, in conjunction with others, to overcome a challenge. The roles and responsibilities we provide are not found elsewhere, but are commensurate with their capabilities.

What Makes Us Tick
We are a diverse group of talented professionals who share a common goal; to make a difference in the lives of all those with whom we work. Whether it's the workers who kept their jobs in LaGrange, the CEO who found a way to grow her company in Fort Wayne or the young second generation family business CEO we helped successfully fend off foreign competition, we are proud of the impact we've had on the lives of our clients-real impact for real people. In our view, it's not about making that extra dollar; it's about making a difference.
How We're Different
When we meet with prospective clients or with recruits, they often ask us Why Keystone? How are you different from other consulting firms?
While we think we know, we always ask clients why they hired us. The answers tend to be consistent and usually reflect things like "you've clearly done this before," you have a clear approach to get us to results," and "we could see that you would work well with our people." In general, people like working with us.
This holds true for people who choose to come to Keystone. Many of us have worked in industry or for other large consulting firms. A common reason for being at Keystone is that we work with smart, dedicated people who like to make a difference. Since most of our work is in the actual implementation of solutions, we can see the positive impact of our work. Ideas are great, but it's results that drive us.
Beyond Our Work
Finally, beyond our work, our people share a desire to make a difference - for each other - and for others as well. That type of attitude and spirit is something of which we're very proud.
