A Great Place to Work

Keystone is somewhat unique in the consulting world.  We are focused on growing and making money, but our real passion is making a difference – for our clients, for the people on our team, and for the world around us.

Work Hard

Our clients expect us to work hard.  After all, it’s their business we’re trying to help.  The days are filled with a variety of challenges, sometimes long hours, and sometimes extended travel.  But, you'll be working closely with our clients and a small, dedicated team of smart and passionate "teammates."  Along the way, you’ll have an opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills – quickly and continuously.

Most importantly, though, you’ll have a chance to...

Make a Difference

For our clients, our work results in real, tangible, bottom-line results.  Working together, we help clients grow, improve profits, and make lives better for their employees.  At times, we force clients to make tough decisions, but always in their best interest, not ours.  It’s not about billing hours, it’s about results.

At Keystone, you’ll be informed and involved.   At our monthly meetings, we share our results and challenges openly.  Everyone is given an opportunity to voice opinions, provide feedback, and participate in making positive changes for the firm.

Beyond the firm, our people are committed to making life better for others as well.  Every year, our charity golf outing provides funds for scholarships to send kids to summer camp. Also, our firm returned from Mexico, where we helped Youth with a Mission in their efforts to build homes for families in need.  In addition, we encourage and support the many other causes that interest folks at Keystone.

To balance all this, we work hard to ensure that you'll...

Have Fun

We celebrate successes, don’t take ourselves too seriously, and encourage people to have fun together.  From the company softball team to the "old guys vs. young guys" basketball challenge, to the friendly (okay, not always) Cubs vs. Sox debates and the after-hours get-togethers, we strive hard to maintain the proper balance of work and life.
