This $300MM Health and Beauty Aid manufacturer is an industry leader in many of their product lines.  Through acquisitions, product expansion, and strong advertising efforts, the Company had tripled sales in the past five years.  Despite such sales growth, our client faced a potentially big hit to its bottom line due to invoice "deduction" issues.  A deduction is an amount taken from a payment of an invoice because of a customer dispute, product return, or promotional allowance.  The Company had a backlog of $21MM in open deductions clouding the true accounts receivable position.  Further, its process to sort through these customer issues was cumbersome and unable to keep pace with the inflow of new deductions. READ MORE...
