Like so many other facets of Keystone, our people and how they work are truly unique. We believe that our client base values expertise more than quantity. As such, our firm is composed of highly experienced professionals, not armies of recent graduates. Because of our implementation focus, we look for people who bring deep and diverse industry experience. The fact that they have been there before is of tremendous use when leading a client team through a difficult change.

We are “creative pragmatists” who understand that for a solution to take hold it must be embraced and capable of being implemented by the client team. We have a saying that reflects our philosophy: "A B+ idea implemented is worth more than an A+ idea that won't make it in the real world."

Our teams are typically smaller than clients expect, and always include a lead director who helped sell the work.
