Meet the Leadership Team

Andy Rolfe



​Andy founded Keystone in 1991.  Areas of focus include profitability and cash flow improvement and business strategy.  Prior to Keystone, Andy worked at Andersen Consulting. He earned his MBA from University of Chicago and attended Indiana University as an undergraduate.  Andy stepped back from the day to day operations of the firm at the end of 2016 and currently serves as an advisor to the firm.

Amar Shah



Amar serves as the Managing Partner of Keystone.  He joined Keystone in 2002 and has broad experience working with manufacturing and distribution companies across all of Keystone’s service offerings including business strategy, profit and cash flow improvement, and mergers and acquisitions.  In addition to his Keystone experience, Amar has worked in investment management and as an engineer in the corporate sector.  He earned his MBA from Kellogg School of Management, where he was named a Siebel Scholar, his M.S. in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Amar is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and The Turnaround Management Association.

Jeff Alvis


At Keystone, Jeff focuses on M&A due diligence and integration, profit improvement, and business and organization strategy.  Prior to Keystone, Jeff held leadership positions including Division President at Leggett & Platt, VP – Corporate Development at Dun & Bradstreet, and Managing Director at Lante Corporation.  Jeff earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University after receiving an Economics degree from Tulane University. Jeff has had articles published in Forbes, Middle Market Executive, and Mergers & Acquisitions magazine.  He has served as a board Member of a non-profit education group in Chicago and as a youth mentor at his church.

Tom Harig



Tom focuses on the restructuring and operations consulting practice areas. Tom has worked across a broad range of manufacturing and distribution companies throughout his career, including automotive, plastics, electronics and other metalworking industries. He won Turnaround of the Year award in both 2007 and 2015, and was named the Turnaround Professional of the Year in 2015. Prior to joining Keystone, Tom was a Partner at Andersen Consulting. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame and M.S. in Industrial Administration from the Krannert School at Purdue University.

Christophe Jeannin



Christophe focuses on strategy, M&A, process & profit improvement, and turnaround initiatives including interim management roles such as European MD and CRO.  Christophe returned to Keystone after spending two years with Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV), where he was responsible for M&A and Strategy for Dover’s $3 billion Fluids Segment.  Prior to Dover, Christophe spent 16 years with The Keystone Group working across all service lines as a member of the leadership team.  He has held numerous leadership positions including Business Development Director at a $1.5 billion Kodak JV, CEO & co-founder at a London-based telecom services start-up, and Case Team Leader at CDI - a Bain & Co. spin-off consulting firm, now part of Mercer Management Consulting. Christophe earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and studied international management at INSEEC in Paris.

Brian Stewart



Brian focuses on profitability and cash flow improvement, business strategy, restructuring, interim roles (CEO, CFO, CRO), and M&A integration. Prior to joining Keystone, Brian studied accounting at Central College in Iowa and worked at Crowe Horwath. He is a CPA and also a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) through the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Brian has spoken and written articles on a variety of topics including manufacturing, transportation, budgeting, and cost management. He is Board Member of the TMA and for Avenues to Independence Charity.

Brad Terry


Brad serves as a Partner at Keystone. He joined Keystone in 2009 and has broad experience working with manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and logistics businesses across all of Keystone’s service offerings, with extensive experiences in turnaround and restructuring, M&A, strategy, and interim management. A CPA, Brad earned his undergraduate and masters degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. In 2015, Brad was a member of the team that received the award for TMA National Large Company Turnaround of the Year and TMA Chicago/Midwest Large Company Turnaround of the year. Outside of Keystone, Brad volunteers his time and consulting experience in support of Imerman Angels, a non-profit which provides one-on-one support to cancer fighters and caregivers.

Joe Zito



Joe's areas of focus include profitability and cash flow improvement, manufacturing process and supply chain optimization, business strategy, and M&A integration. Prior to joining Keystone, Joe worked at Crowe Howarth LLP. He studied Industrial Engineering at Purdue University. Joe was awarded the TMA Chicago/Midwest Turnaround of the Year and TMA International Turnaround of the Year (Honorable Mention). 

Evan Farrell



Evan has experience across all of Keystone's service lines, with a concentration on profitability and cash flow improvement, merger and acquisition integration, and business strategy.  Evan earned a B.S. in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.  In 2015, Evan received the Turnaround Management Association's (TMA) awards for National Turnaround of the Year and Chicago/Midwest Turnaround of the Year.  Prior to joining Keystone, Evan had experience in retail strategy.  Evan also serves as president of the DKMS Young Professionals Board in Chicago, a non-profit organization devoted to the fight against blood cancers.

Danielle Miller


Danielle focuses on profit and cash flow improvement, business and operational strategy, and integration planning and execution. She studied Finance at the University of Illinois College of Business. In Atlanta, she is active in the professional community, serving on the TMA Board and ACG Women's Forum.

Anthony Urbaites



Anthony's areas of focus include profit and cash flow improvement, manufacturing productivity improvement, business strategy, cost reduction, and operational planning and design. Prior to joining Keystone, Anthony held several leadership roles including Founder at Aurum Consulting Group, President at Louisville Stoneware, and Continuous Improvement/ Industrial Engineering Manager at Nestle USA. He earned his MBA from Kellogg School of Management and studied Engineering & Management at Clarkson University.

Ryan Burkard



Ryan focuses on M&A integration, synergy capture, and profit and cash flow improvement with experience encompassing both small and large (<$50M - $5B+ revenue) manufacturing, distribution, and service companies. In 2015, Ryan was a member of the team that received the award for TMA National Large Company Turnaround of the Year and TMA Chicago/Midwest Large Company Turnaround of the year. Ryan earned a B.S. in Operations Research Engineering from Cornell University.

Barry Dunne


Barry leads our business development efforts across all three service lines. Prior to Keystone, Barry worked in business development at PwC, Arthur Andersen, Information Resources Inc., and Procter & Gamble. He graduated from DePauw University with a BS in Economics. Barry is a member of Association for Corporate Growth, Toastmasters, and Dale Carnegie.
