  • Practical experience. We're looking for people who have a relevant background that they are eager to put to work. We value people with strong financial and accounting skills or a substantial understanding of manufacturing and/or distribution operations.

 

  • Strong leadership skills, especially in a team-based environment. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are necessary to quickly establish credibility to lead, manage, and motivate a client team composed of both Keystone and client individuals.
